I have my old plan in jio worth 399 rs 84 days validity. I accidentally recharged it on 14 july and by mistke activated it.

I talked to customer care people and he said it is irreversible process..i just told him just not actavated it . It is done by me accidentally but he said it is irreversible.

I think we live in 21st century and we have enough technology to reverse the process.
