I have been charged incorrect Toll amount for Onward and Return journey from Nanakramguda and Shamshabad on Hyderabad ORR
I was charged Rs 90 from Nanakramguda to Shamshabad instead of Rs 50. (Trip No: 003302995319/2941308517)
On return journey after 2 hrs(i.e. within 24hrs), I was charged Rs 80 from Shamshabad to Nanakramguda instead of Rs 25 (Trip No: 003303173966/2941461138)
Total, I was charged Rs 170 instead of Rs 75 for the Onward & Return journey.
When enquired at the ORR Toll, they informed to call Toll free number:14449 which is not reachable.
