I have a PayPal debit card that’s linked to my checking account, my account was illegally used to purchase multiple orders for 49.99 each, there were 10 transactions that were NOT mine, I contacted Codashop, via multiple emails disputing these transactions as they were NOT mine, Almost 500.00 was stolen from me debit account. Codashop replied to my email with an attachment that said, “I’m sorry, my child made this purchase” I DO NOT HAVE a child, there’s a scammer out there that stole my debit info and made all these purchases, I have sent the documents to Codashop via email and they keep sending me emails requesting the same info over and over, and over. I have sent all the transactions multiple times and still get no recourse to this issue. They have told me over and over they will get back to me. I insisted on them providing me a phone number multiple times only to be ignored. Since this is something that’s VERY important, my money that was to be used for my upcoming rent, and want to speak to a live person instead of this emailing since this is a detailed case. Please help
