i have been using jio connection since it was launched because of its internet speed but now it has become humiliating to use jio internet because of its irritating slow speed. i did a recharge of rupee 500 for three months validity with 2 GB data daily but since the recharge is done i am unable to use half of it because of its fucked up speed. I got so irritated that at the end i did a recharge on my airtel connection. If it is possiblle please refund my not whole but atleast some money because the recharge that i have done is of no use to me. i have used jio in various places in uttarakhand like rishikesh, dehradun, mussoorie, dev prayag, almora, pithoragarh, rudraprayag but the experience is the same not bad but worst.
