Text of Complaint by Dr.almuthawa:

  • Im a doctor working in critical care u would know how  busy my schedule would be in this pandemic. I lost my sim card 4 months back yet i was paying my monthly post paid bill. Inspite of my busy schedule i have been shuttling between the vodaphone sore (usman road) and customer care service almost 10 times. They first don’t respond to our complain . They give false hope like i will get my connectivity in 24 hrs and when i call customer care they ask me to go to store to find my solution. I have been using my sim card for past 12 years. I requested you to take strict action against them for humiliating me repeatedly and making me travel unnecessarily without any use…they wanted my precious time. I had to take off from my work for this yet no use
