I have recharge on my mob no 8972282939 with Rs 399 plan(unlimited call with 1 GD data/day for 84 day) on 7th oct 2019 from airtel.in website(my sbi bank ref no for net banking transaction no 051910052463317IGAHEDTDI3), but till now the benefit is not credited on my mob no.I have complain in the customer care no 121 several time from 7th oct 2019 but till now it is not resolved.It is very shameful for your hole team for not solving the problem,and not taking the problem it seriously.It is my official no so I have faced lot of trouble.
So I am requesting again to solve it as soon as possible.
