Namaste sir,
Telicom service provider company JIO claims us that “we are providing India’s fastest network “.
But now this claim of jio is no longer true. The network of jio is the worst now a days, and they are still claim us the same. Jio were good at the beginning of their service because they want more and more users and thet got it but now a days jio is not caring of their costumers. If we are calling to costumer care, they are just hearing and then their response is always …. “We are working in on it “. They are working on it from last 2 years, but not improving and solving the costumers problems.
Sir, we are spending money on jio for best service, but the are not providing even improvisation.
Kindly take action on it and get us out of this problem as soon as possible.
