I bought an Thomson 1 Ton AC from flipkart on 12/09/2022. after about 6 months of usage it stopped working on 23 April 2023
with issue “no cooling but indoor unit and out door are running”, and next day i have tried to call flipkart customer care,
then they said thomson team will take care about issue, and flipkart team gave couple of contact number to contact Thomson customer care ,
which is same as mention in offical portal but none of those contact number are notworking,
one is switch off,
one is not connected ,
one said they will not take care about AC, no proper response,
After that as a last try, i have wrote an email to Thomson team to mail id which i had found on the portal, on 24/04/2023
after 48hrs of issue email thomson team assigned to Jeeves service engineer for servicing and engineer to visited on 26/4/2023,
and conformed as gas leakage is the issue, there after no response from team till 29/04/2023, after a huge follow-up and calls
Jeeves engineer visited again on 30 April 2023 and did some work to fix leakage and refilled gas, made a working on that day,
After 1 week of usage it’s got same complaint again as previous and it stopped working for the same i have reported to Thomson team on 11 May 2023
then on next day 12 May 2023 Jeeves engineer visited home and after checking he confirmed that it has gas leakage issue again ,
he told there is issue with outdoor unit, requested me to write email to Thomson team for replacement of outdoor unit aLoan,
i wrote email to thomson team on the same day itself along with email i have clearly mentioned that,
what are all the issue I’m facing due to AC is not working on this hot summer , and request to replace the device or refund as it was getting delay
But next they replied and said that in email response as replacement or refund is not possible , but they told they will replace outdoor unit coil to fix the issue on May 13 2023,
After that when ever i call they are saying “We would like to inform you that we have checked the status of your complaint and it has been delayed due to part pending (OUTDOOR COIL). Once we will dispatch it from our side to the service center then engineers will visit at the earliest to fix your issue.”
The response remains same till date 23 April 2023 they didn’t dispatched the part yet to engineer, even i call to customer support team there is no proper response
In previous email also i have clearly if this response continuous the same i told that i will raise complaint in consumer court, even after that also they are not caring anything about it
Requesting your team to support on issue , i have attached invoice in the attachment FYR
