This is Tarun shah, as tenant living thakur village kandivali.
CA number 210001574089 in name of omkar paradkar.
we have started using gas from December 1st as new meter installed as we have rented this flat no 3D in D tower from Dec 1 2022.
to my surprise I got first bill dated Jan 28 to March 28 as amount 11035 showing arrears of usage of Dec and Jan units.
it is impossible to have such bill as we are three member in family inclusign one child of 10 years.
Immediately I complaint and paid Rs 400 for meter chekcing.
MGL team came adn ofund leagage in joint outlet of meter when instaklled for first time.
I was given leage report.
Problem was rectified and I was ssured by customer care that i will get refund in my ext bill.
By that time another huge bill came for next bill cycle as Rs 9139.
I wrote few mails to MGL reqeusting to refund first huge bill of 11035 and second bill of 9139.
To my surprise, I receive fiollowig n reply from MGL.

As per customer request our emergency team immediately visited the customer residence and done
the required rectification and arrested the leakage on the same day.
As regards to your claim for compensation of leakage, please note that upkeep of the standard
PNG installation is the responsibility / obligation of the customer.

I am really disappoint and angry with such ireespinble behaviour.
Leage was due to theri wrong insttation and theri report also proves that.
Can anyone help.
