Sir, we are received a huge electricity bill. We are 4 people (all adults) staying in a home. Also that our home used to remain close in noon time as we are working. still we are receiving a high meter reading. We had complained in customer care division at designated office at Kandivali. They said that our records shows that our verification officer had come to check your meter and found your home to be closed. And officer reported meter to be ok. But we would like to state that officer has not visited our home. Also we have not received verification report at our home.
But again in next month, our house was closed for 15 days in February, 2019 as we all were out of town. Still we have received same huge consumption bill.
Please look into the matter and take necessary actions immediately.
