I have ordered 2 phones of 2999/- but phones did not received yet I want my money back I have ordered redmi note 7 & Genex Galaxy M21 smartphone 6GB in phonesdeals but I did not get the phones , so its humbled request kindly return my money.

An online mobile seller advertised sale of mobile phone by phonedeals.co.in.
I purchased a phone for Rs.2999 and got an online order no. PDS6697, for Redmi Note 7 Pro (Neptune Blue, 64 GB) (6 GB RAM) on 4 june. Payment of Rs 2999 was made through net banking which got creditted in the name of Anki t Jain through PayUmoney with payment ID 325408794
I got an automated mail from the website confirming the order but after that no response and afraid that its a fake seller who had done the fraud.
5-days had passed but no response from the seller of mails sent by me on [email protected]. I had tried connecting with the seller over mail but no success.
Request to the concern authorities to help us in getting the transaction sorted out and prevent others from getting scammed by these fraudsters.
