I have ordered my mobile phone from fonezone.me on date 18-Jun-2023 and I have received my ordered mobile phone on date 26-Jun-2023 through DHL. After using the mobile phone for 2 days I have observed that the mobile phone microphone is not working fine while calling someone.
Now I want a return and refund. As they have 7 days return policy.
They are not agreeing or the return and refund now.
