I Sharwan kumar, ordered 1 earpod from the saying company. There was a offer going on at that time of “Buy 2 get 1 free” so i ordered 1, on 16th December, 2022. After i placed the order I got a message saying order is placed further shipment information will be provided via email or phone number. But till date now i didn’t get any response. I tried to contact them through their helping website which was a mail site Now i don’t know what should I do. Please look into this matter and take necessary action.
