I booked a ticket from travolook.in with reference id – REF449222768 on 19.12.2021.After deducting money from my account, travolook agent called me and said flight has been cancelled due to fare expiration reason and i will get my refund within 5-7 days. Its been 8th days now even after calling them multiple times, I haven’t received my refund. Travolook agent ask about details and put call on hold and never response back. Please help me in getting my refund and take strict action against such a fraud
