I have placed an order online with order#305337032221 on May 3, 2023. I paid ₹755/- through UPI towards this order. This order is partially fulfilled. The rest of the order is not fulfilled. I tried to reach them through the avenues advertised on their website. They are unresponsive. I felt cheated by them. They have to refund ₹426 for unfulfilled portion of the order.
I urge authorities to take a stern action against them as they have been indulging in this kind of online cheating. There are so many complaints against them in this consumer forum itself. Please take action against them so that gullible public are not cheated any further.
