I have registered for hsrp plate for my vehicle mp09cy4999 on 7th January.
And have scheduled appointment for 24 th Jan.
I did not received call neither the plate on that day.
I asked there customer care about why I did not get the same but the response from there side was I received the call and not responded.
But I did not received any calls from them and I insist on sharing call details also but they did not shared.
Now they are asking me to reschedule the appointment and are asking for charges.
Since they are not sharing any calls details it means issue is from there side and not mine so why customer should pay.
