I had ordered HSRP plate with sticker for our old car online for home delivery and appointment was scheduled on Nov 26 2023 2 PM to 6 PM. We waited for the delivery person whole day, but no one came. So today we called their customer care and raised grievance and complaint. and that person told,that delivery person came and we were not at home. We asked him to give the delivery person name, so we can talk to him directly. but they were not able to provide the details. Hence he told to reschedule the order again, and it will get delivered. But issue here, again, they are charging 295 Rs for rescheduling. eventhough the reason is due to their drawbacks and deficiency of their service.
This seems completed fraudulent practice to dupe the customer.

Day before yesterday Same issue happened with me too sir .. and it’s the same JP nagar hub..
seems like they are doing this purposefully.
