I have visited to FTA HSRP website to book my slot for hsrp and it takes me to FTA HSRP solution Pvt ltd ” where I have fill the form regarding my reg. number, engine and chassis number, I filled all details of dealer and my address and after completing all the process, it comes to payment, and I have completed payment through its BHIM UPI CODE scan option and paid the Payment ₹ 424.80, after payment there displayed error but I didn’t receive any refund, invoices or any appointment after enering my vehicle number. I tried customer care number but there is no any response. My money is deducted but not getting the service/product.
