Dear Sir,
Please find the attached slip for your reference.
I visited the Dealership (Narendra Hero- Sitapur) on time of appointment ,but the Number Plate (HSRP) was not received. Your Customer care (Muskaan Mam) is lying to me Number plate reached at your dealership.
For your kind information I went to the dealership from my home and back to home (60 KM) because there was no value of your appointment procedure.

And the employee of the dealer said to me ,” I don’t know” why you applied online. I can’t do anything. Talk to customer Care. This type of behavior is not good with customer service.
Kindly take prompt action regarding this matter immediately. I have done all payment also.
