Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my concern regarding the delay in receiving the HSRP number plate for my booking made on 22nd April, with an appointment scheduled for 6th May through bookmyhsrp.com .
Car Number- KA50N6276
Order ID- BMKAE6CF1B50-ADBE-45
Unfortunately, despite repeated visits to Kalyani Motors Pvt Ltd, I have not yet received the HSRP number plate.
I have reached out the customer care of bookmyhsrp.com and mailed them the concerned issue but they haven’t reverted back positively about the issue and keep giving excuses and reasons saying your car number isn’t showing, we will take to our senior and get back to you and so on but they haven’t reverted back till date.
I have visited the showroom twice and tried reaching them out several times in hopes of resolving this issue, but to no avail.They blame the HSRP agency that they delay the plates and if I ask the customer care they tell to go and check the respective showroom to find out more.This delay is causing inconvenience and frustration. Therefore, I kindly request your urgent attention to this matter. If prompt action is not taken to provide the HSRP number plate or offer a satisfactory resolution, I may have no choice but to pursue legal action.

Attached to this email is the payment receipt for your reference.

I urge you to acknowledge this complaint and prioritize resolving the issue promptly. Your immediate attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
