Booked online and paid Rs. 768/-for car HSRP number plate vide order ID : BMKAF5B6C846-721E-4C dated 07 Jun 25 with ROSMERTA SAFETY SYSTEM LIMITED. Appointment date for fitment was 23 Jun 25 at BIMAL AUTO AGENCY INDIA PVT LTD, opposite of FORUM Value Mall, Whitefield , Varthur, Bengaluru 560066. When enquired at fitment agency, they told that the HSRP plate is not delivered at their location. Contacted ROSMERTA customer care and they could only lodge a complaint vide ticket No. DLBMH0001956370 dated 28 Jun 25. Enquired through ROSMERTA SAFETY SYSTEM LIMITED web site , representative could provide only ticket no. BMHSRP ticket no. 202506281955352522 dated 28 Jun 25. My only requirement is to deliver the HSRP number plate to fitment location & get is fitted to the car at the earliest. During the lean period till the time HSRP number plate is not delivered at fitted to the car, any chalan , complaint and case raised by Motor Vehicle Authority, RTO should be entertained , born and be paid by the ROSMERTA SAFETY SYSTEM LIMITED.
