I have booked for HSRP for my bike along with the fitment charges which was scheduled on 21-05-2024. On the day of fitment i reached the dealer and i was told that the dealer has not received payment from company so all the HSRP number plates were sent back. On the same day i raised a complaint by calling the customer care. The complaint number is DLBMH0001557583. I have been calling their customer care every week but even after 2.5 months my issue stays unresolved. I was not even given timeline for resolving the issue. Because of the delay there may be chances of getting fined for not having number plate on bike. Please help me in resolving the issue.
