I ordered HSRP Number plate with sticker on 15/04/2021 and got slot for 28/04/2021 for home delivery. But I did not receive the same on the given date. So I sent the mail and even called several times to the given number on website, but did not receive any response from them. Now if I get fined for the Number plate who will be responsible. It’s really ridiculous to see such kind of service. Why every time only common citizen jas to suffer even he/she is not at fault.

My number plate is not given by the agency of hero joya road ,when I call to the agency the costumer care tell your number plate is not delivered
