Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my concern regarding the delay in receiving the HSRP number plate for my booking made on 16 – MARCH -2025, with an appointment scheduled for 10th May through bookmyhsrp.com

Order ID- BMKAE6CF1B50-ADBE-45
Unfortunately, despite repeated contacts to ROSMETRA, I have not yet received the HSRP number plate.
I have reached out the customer care of bookmyhsrp.com and mailed them the concerned issue but they haven’t reverted back positively about the issue and keep giving excuses and reasons saying your NON AVAILABILITY AT THE SCHEDULED DATE AND TIME, HENCE RESCHEDULING ON 11-07-2025 BETWEEN 2.00 PM TO 6.00 PM
I HAVE BEEN CHASING THEM SINCE 10-05-2025 TILL DATE 29-05-2025 through customer care number, official email ID and customer support email, but no positive response. Customer care’s standard response your concern has been escalated and will resolve in next 48 , we will escalate to our senior and get back to you and so on but they haven’t reverted back till date.
hours. Shockingly timeline has not been met till date and on top of that a message was sent on Whatsapp as aforesaid.
This delay is causing inconvenience and frustration. Therefore, I kindly request your urgent attention to this matter. If prompt action is not taken to provide the HSRP number plate or offer a satisfactory resolution, I may have no choice but to pursue legal action.
Attached to this email is the payment receipt for your reference.
I urge you to acknowledge this complaint and prioritize resolving the issue promptly. Your immediate attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
