I placed the HSRP number plate order on the website hsrphelp.org.in for my vehicle KL35D2503 . Payment of Rs 590 was made via Google pay QR code with transaction ID 334003173454 . After that, there was no response, and the page was unavailable. Payment was made to AMIT KUMAR . Its a fraud. The government should take immediate action on such fraudulent websites when people are trying to comply with the rules the government has made.
