Dear Sir,
I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding the non-receipt of my High-Security Registration Plate (HSRP) number plate for my 2-wheeler, despite booking it in April 2024.
As per the appointment, I visited the designated center in June 2024 to fix the number plate. However, I was informed that they had not received the plate. After waiting for a month, I approached the dealer to check on the status, only to receive the same response.
It has been 7 months since I booked the HSRP, and I am still struggling to obtain the number plate. I have attached a copy of the acknowledgment receipt for your reference.
