Text of Complaint by VIRENDRA VISHWANATH JADHAV:

HSRP number plate Fittment appointment at Real Mazon India Limited. Receipt no. RM1/00000293. Payment of 450 rupees done online on 23/03/2025. Fitment date 12 Apr 2025 at 10;30.
Address of fitment: RM17-MISARWADI, SHOP NO.34, SHOPPING CNETER OPP.SUNNY CNETER NEAR JADHAV MANDI PISADEVI ROAD,CHHARTRAPATI SAMBHAJI NAGAR.

COMPLAINT: REMOVAL OF FRONT NUMBER PLATE AND REAR NUMBER PLATE SHALL BE DONE BY THE DELEAR. WHILE HE HAD REFUSED TO RENOVE THE FRONT NUMBER PLATE AND IT HAS BEEN DONE OUTSIDE TWO-WHEELER GARRAGE PAYING RS.50 ONLINE SHAIKH SHAFIQUE ABDUL SALAM SHAIKH.

REMOVING PLATE AND FITMENT SHALL BE DONE BY DEALER WHICH HAS BEEN AUTHORISED BY GOVERMENT OF MAHARASHTRA.
FORCING THE CONSUMERS TO REMOVE THE PLATES FROM OUTSIDE GARRAGE SHOWING CAUSE OF NO TOOLS AVIALABLE TO WITHDRAW THE PLATES. TOOLS SHORTAGE. ALONGWITH OLD PLATE WERE COLLECTED FOR SALE IN SCRAP AND MAKE MONEY.

  1. I had an appointment on 29th November at 10:30 am at below mentioned address for the fitment of HSRP.
    When i visited the location at 10:15 i found there is no one at location and location is closed. This appointment was booked in the month of August by fixing an appointment for 20th November @ 10:30 am. The charges were deducted and when visited the location, there is no one available. The contact number mentioned in the receipt(7517865274)is switched off.
    When connected to customer care of Real Mazon they mentioned to raise complaint and within 24 to 48 hours there will be a revert.

    Its been 5 days till now there is no update. Customer care of Real Mazon doesn’t revert and neither they speak appropriately over the phone.
    As a Consumer Money has been deducted 5 months back for HSRP fixation and government of India has partnered with Real Mazon for the fixing of plate but who is responsible for such nuisance behavior when no one is available to fix the plate. Also what about the time and energy spent in going to center for the fitment and what about the money which has been paid where no one is responding. This is a complete negligence.
    If tomorrow any Traffic team catches me for non-adherence of HSRP then who is supposed to blame. As a customer i have booked appointment and paid for HSRP and went to location to fix it. If no one is responsible, then Real Mazon should penalized so that they take effort and do their work professionally.
    This is highly unacceptable and needs a justification. Wasting my time, energy and money is not justifiable.
