I have booked my HSRP number plate with bike number KA55 U8766, order id is BMKA29F4652F-9D25-44on 11th November’23 and my initial appointment date is 11th Dec’23 and I had to reschedule my appointment to 05, Jan 24 but still i have not received my hsrp number plate yet.
Also tried reaching on the Grievance contact at +91 8929722202 and a whatsapp number +91 7428091956 but so far there has been no response except a message saying we apologise for the delay and we will get back to you. If they are not able to deliver the HSRP plate as per the commitment or atleast give the date by when it can be delivered why do they take money from people??
