I Santanu Kumar Mishra bearing Bajaj Platina 2 wheeler No. OR-12A 4932 applied for HSRP on Dt. 17/11/2022 and the fitment appointment date was 24/11/2022 at MBS Automotive Pvt. Ltd. Sinduria – Nayagarh and the validity period was 09/12/2022, With in due date I contacted the MBS Automotive for 2-3 times. The personels concerned in MBS stated that- the plate is not reached at their point and they will send it to Phulbani dealers point whenever it will reach to them. I waited for weeks to-gather and contacted MBS over phone again and again; but couldn’t get the plate. Finally, they stated to lodge online complain. Accordingly; I booked the complain to [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] . I got reply form bookmyhsrp.com to wait for some days. Though, I didn’t get the plate; I reminded again and again in 4-5 days interval to look into the matter. But, despite 7 months passed; I didn’t receive the HSRP yet. The Booking receipt is uploaded herewith for ready reference of the authorities and do the needful at their end.
In this context, I would like to complain herewith to issue my HSRP.
