I have made online payment of Rs. 883.82 towards High Security Number Plate (HSRP) for my Maruti Suzuki Zen Card (Reg.No. RJ14-8C-9390 ON 17.11.2023 to Godawari Techno Solutions (CCAVENUE) through Online Net Banking with my ICICI S/B.Account (Transaction Reference No. 0754815562, Merchant Reference No. 113080041111. But till date I have not received HSRP for my Car. I have applied for HSRP on Godawari Techno Solutions website www.godawarigroup.com
Company not responding on their contact numbers available on their website.
Please help me to get HSRP Number Plate or REFUND of my amount of Rs. 883.82
