hello,

I have booked hsrp for my bike from bookmyhsrp.com on 28th of may and got the appointment for 5th June. No one came to install or send any update, so i called them about this on which they said it was due to lockdown so please reschedule it, i said ok and rescheduled it for 7th june but same thing happened again no updates so i called again then a girl said its rescheduled from there end to 12th june due to lockdown again i somehow accepted that and then again no visit no updates on 12th as well and after the same customer care conversation i rescheduled it for 15th june and to my expectations same thing again no updates no visit, this time i asked for a supervisor his name was Ramashankar after disputing for 10 15 min with him and ur advisor they said it would be installed before 18th june no matter what..i still said what if no one comes to which he assured me will not happen, i accepted it but i was still not sure of there credibility so i called on 17th to which the advisor said there is no appointment showing please reschedule it for next week to i got furious and asked for ramashankar then that advisor said if ramashankar promised u it will be done but didn’t transfer my call to him saying he is not in the office.

I started calling them from morning on 18th to which the said be assured it will be done between 2-6pm I called them again in afternoon they said it could be delayed till 6-6:15 the i called them at 5:45pm they said someone would be there by 6:30pm but no one is here and no update till now. These guys have been fooling around for a month and harassing me with false promises they have take my money and wasted my time so i want a strict action regarding them.
