I have booked HSRP for home installation for my VehicleUP16CE4106 on 5th of February 21 and booked the appointment slot for 14th February 21 . Even after a daily follow up, they say they will deliver plate today or tomorrow and yet we have not received no communication and no HSRP . They do false promise daily or to wait for 24-48 hours yet no action has been taken on my complaints. Their customer call number is always busy they do not respond back on grievance email address mentioned on their site.
