I applied for HSRP plates as both plates damaged for my car. I made the payment through UPI but no invoice was generated and no SMS or anything came. I request the department to check and either refund the amount or generate receipt so that I can get my plates of car. I have the payment screenshot with me. I tried the numbers given at the HSRP official but no one responded.
