Respected Sir/Mam,

I have booked my vehicle’s HSRP online which is owned by father in papers. His name is Rahul gupta.

I used https://bookmyhsrp.com/index.aspx

this website for application of my HSRP. And its been a 3 months after the date of appointment I got for installation of number plate. The number plate is not delivered to ‘Kuldeep motors pakka bagh, Etawah(U.P.)’ For more details I have attached one screenshot which contains ‘Order ID’ and ‘registration number of my vehicle’. Every time I call customer care to enquire about the reason for late delivery, From 1st March,2021 they just give me new date which will be 3 days after the day I call. I have visited the Showroom minimum 6,7 times and checked their stock of number plate to recheck if the number plate is there or not. I have got 9,10 new dates from customer care for my number plate to get delivered and ITS NOT DELIVERED TILL NOW.

I am totally frustrated now with the service of https://bookmyhsrp.com/index.aspx . That’s why I am filling a complaint. I am pretty sure that I will get a satisfactory feedback from your side.
