HS enterprise asked me to fill capta for them than they didn’t gave me work and signed the agreement via otp now they are asking me to pay 80000 as i breached the agreement i don’t get any work i was willing to do now i m getting email from advocate that I’ll get summoned and need to pay 1 lakh later please help

As per our conversation I was given a chance for settlement but you can’t pay. so according to your agreement you must present in the vapi session court and pay total financial loss of the company.payment is not done so your case transferred for further proceeding at an Arbitrary court. An arbitrary and conciliation act of 1996 as per an article 14 imposed on you and you need to pay Rs. 72102 / – for total loss to our client.

Instead of calling this unknown Akash….the best way to complaint at cyber police portal…..it’s a cyber crime and matter will be solved by inter state police coordinator not by a simple man…..go with legal procedures set by our indian government…. address- http://www.cybercrime.gov.in

The company didnot provided the work and she is asking for money
She said it’s from Equinox company.
IM ALSO SUFFERED THIS PROBLEM..
