I have received a email from Rajiv Singh mo. No. 9054539789 stated that.
THIS INTIMATION LETTER INFORMS YOU THAT HS ENTERPRISE COMPANY HAS SEND YOUR FILE FOR LEGAL CLEARANCE, YOU HAVE BROKEN THE AGREEMENT BY NOT SUBMITTED & QC FAIL THE WORK PROJECT AND FOR WHICH YOU ARE LIABLE TO PAY THE PENALTY.
THE ABOVE SECTION ARE IMPLEMENT ON YOU REGARDING YOU DID NOT FULL-FILL THE TERMS AND CONDITION OF YOUR AGREEMENT ,SECTIONS – 73, 74 AND 75 OF INDIAN CONTRACT ACT 1872 , SECTION ARE IMPOSE ON YOU.
I have requested to you please take appropriate legal action against this type of crime.
