I have printer issue where I have called HPSUPPORT and they requested to pay 590 RS for technician visit to home which I have sent payment for them and shared payment receipt via email. I was expecting technician visit but no one called me or emailed me. Again I have called HPSupport and requested them where these types of calls , e-mail continuing for 3 weeks and still no one visited. I have also reached them via twitter but no one fixed my issue. Now they are not reverting my money or sending technician.
Kindly help on this matter.
