I bought an HP Envy laptop in June 2022 and within three months, it’s flimsy display broke. I took the laptop to the service center on 12th September and since then, I am sitting with a broken new laptop that costed me my entire savings.
HP everytime says they have ESCALATED the issue and I’ve been hearing this repeatedly for a month.
I am complaining against this pathetic level of service from HP.
I am seeking a refund or replacement for my product.
