Text of Complaint by Arpita Poonia:

I ordered a HP pavilion laptop from Amazon on 5th October and I received it on 10th October but I received a defective one and I raised a complaint on same day and they said they’ll pickup it in 3 days but they didn’t and I called them multiple times. They said that again we file a pick up definitely in 3 days it’ll picked and almost 11 days gone but neither an agent call nor contact me regarding pick up. And before 2 days they said they file a NOC and if till 21 it will not picked up they’ll initiate my refund but today they again said that they will pick up it in 3 days.
They are giving dates on dates.
I’m an engineering student and I really need a laptop.
Laptop that I received has defected “V” alphabet keyword.
