I got HP Laptop item worth Rs 47490/-. We got this product with bent in screen. We immediately opted for replacement with screen shot for defective product. Replacement is scheduled but could not be done by delivery person and they cancelled it without concerning customer services. Later point I called customer service around 16 times and they have created return pickup more than 6 time but they failed to complete so. On call on 31st January 2021, when I called customer service on this, they assured me if though return pickup schedule on 3rd Feb 2021 is not completed from their end they would initiate refund process and I have to call customer care post 3rd for same. But today(4th Feb 2021) when I called, I got answer that refund can’t be initiated unless pick up is done. I know this process but amazon delivery is behaving irresponsible and careless in this matter. Customer service is not upto the mark to resolve. Now I have pay this full amount to my credit card company and force to spend that much amount which will get credited in future(if refund is completed).
