Text of Complaint by Yelisetty Nagendra Babu:

I have received defect product which is not working and doesn’t have IMEI and serial number of this product. I have complaint multiple times customer care they didn’t resolution my issue. Even though I spoken many of supervisor of the Amazon customer service people and delivery agent didn’t come to pickup my product. Almost 15 days no response from the customer agent about the resolution and I requested to the Amazon customer to refund my amount back that also they failed to refund the amount. As a middle class customer 44000 money is strucked not getting back money how I will servival without that. So I m forward my concern to you to reslove. Please help on to reslove.
