I ordered a book on 29 march 2023 and they said expected delivery is 22 April 2023 but till today(03-05-2023) the order doesn’t reach to me so I call to customer service they said you will get refund within 2-3 days. It all actually means that until we can’t reach customer care they do not take any action. That totally means aur time value is nothing for them. And they say sorry and leave.We can’t relay on them totally. My brother is going school for one month without textbook and expecting the book will arrive soon. And if we can’t contact them they can’t do anything and if we leave they do nothing.This is how work goes in amazon.
