I ordered 2 hoverboards from hoverboardeus.com on April 18, 2020. The funds were withdrawn from my bank account immediately and I received a confirmation of my order. I didn’t receive a confirmation of shipment within the 10 day period noted. I then went to the website and found only an email address to reach out to them. I did so without a response 3 times over the last month and a half.
