I have availed housing loan in 2013 feb to purchase a flat. i am regularly paying EMI. During oct 2015 i approached the same bank for additional loan for renovation. Loan sanctioned by the regional office get credit opinion about the customer and disbruss the loan. I am existing customer of the bank and paying the EMI for past 5 years without fail. becasue of the point i am not able to avail the loan. It caused lot of inconvenience to me. Vijaya Bank, Adyar Branch, Chennai.
