Sir we booked a flat in 2016 in Agartala,Tripura.pin 799006.the name of the apartment is Vinayak apt.promoter is Mr.Sumit Majumder.He committed us to handover the flat within two years.but till now he has not completed the work,what was written in the agreement paper.we are from a lower middle class family and it was very hard to effort the amount of the flat for us.we are very much doubtgul about the flat now.please see the matter as urgent.And please keep my information and the complain secret,i do not want to disclose it to the promoter.
