I ordered two kurtis from house of lehengas and the quality of the kurtis was so cheap. I contact them to return my money as i am aware that the quality of the kurtis are not so good enough to purchase again from them. When i dispatched the kurtis they informed that they will deduct the courier charges and will not refund and will keep it in their wallet for which i was not agreed to.
Moreover, poor customer service, my courier charges were INR 500 which they are denying to pay for 1900 plus 500 spent which is still stuck with them. I want you to take an action against them and want my 2300 bucks back to my account as i do not want to order anything from their website as it’s of cheap quality and they are totally fraud and Changing their name to make people fool.
