Dear Sir/ Madam,
Packers and Movers with the company name Woodland Packers and Movers having GST number 27FSYPS4686B2ZS having office address Sangharsh Nagar, Chandivali Farm Road,Near Rajiv High school, Andheri East. Email ID :woodlandlogistics2012@gmail.com was agreed to move our complete household material on 02 Jun 2022 from Boisar(Mumbai) to Serilingmapally, Hyderabad
Before sending the material we checked with sale guy and share the house hold image with him.
After seen the image of house hold he told me Rs. 23000 will be charge for this Item from Boisar (Mumbai) to Hyderabad door to door service and also provide the insurance of one lakh.
When the house hold item will reach to my location, There was no worker for shift the house hold item on fourth floor, But I have already discussed with him I am staying on fourth floor he told me “ho jaye ga”. After discussion happened with sale guy he told me arrange you, I will pay half amount. Even sale guy discussed with tempo driver. But they are not ready in lesser amount. They are demanding Rs.4000. After discussion with sale guy he told me I can pay only Rs1200. Rest amount you will pay.
I have done the same. When I started the unpacking of my house hold item, I have found many of items are damage like my TV screen is broken, cupboard also damage and also many plastic stroage aslo damaged.
One more point, I have the two cylinders. My problem was that cylinder kept in Boisar but I wanted to shift the both cylinder in Panvel, He ready for this work in Rs.1200. My house holds item has been reached to Hyderabad. But still gas cylinder has not delivers on given address. Every day sale guy making a promises “Aaj ho jaye ga”. But this promises always false.
Even he is not providing the address where is my gas cylinders. He gave one number to contact him. That person not picking my call.
He not given me his company invoice, I got the invoice from deliveryh
which is in attachment.
