I have ordered NEOTOUGH AIR shoes from the https://hourglassify.com/ website for Rs.1499 and I received a substandard quality item, which is not worth even 500 rupees.
It was mentioned on the site it’s a steel toe and nothing of such is present in the shoe.
And the design graphics is also entirely different
I have tried to contact the company through e-mail, twitter, instagram etc.No one has reached out regarding the complaint.
Please take necessary action on this fraud company/site
