Hi Im Balaji s,
Im one of the Hotstar subscriber,
I am consumed 499 (VIP)package at last year. But everyday laterally I got programs. But i am a subscriber. Previously i am informed to customer care .they respond told like uninstall our mobile app and reinstall it.it will be recovered.But still this issue im facing in my app.why these type of OTT platform doing same for consumers.
