This is Ms. Snehal Shah from Mumbai .
I wanted to bring to ur notice about a particular incident that happened with with me with a hotel 3102 BCE Vedic hotel , Goa.
I had booked a hotel for 5th sept, 2023 paid advance of Rs. 3979.. . On 4th sept I got high fever…. my dr didn’t allow me to travel.. my dr was suspecting COVID as a result he didn’t allow me to travel on the 5th sept. I did cancel my booking on 4th September 2023.
I had to remove all the reports understanding the cause of fever.

It is but natural the airlines and hotel wud not allow me to board the flight due to heavy fever, vomiting, ear pain etc… suspecting it to be COVID.

As a result I cancelled my bookings.
I have all the necessary documents to support my illness like
Fever reports, dr certificate, ENT report etc. Documents are attached with this mail.

The hotel is not considering my case. As per COVID travel policy adjustments/ refunds has to be made.
I wud like you to intervene into the matter.
It will be a huge help if u can help me sort my issue.

PS:
The documents attached are as follows
1. Report prescription
2. Medical reports
3. Medical Certificate
4. Medicine prescription
5. ENT Specialist diagnosis pg 1 and pg 2.
6. ENT Specialist receipt

Request you to please consider my refund request and oblige.
